All times exclude weekends & U.S. federal holidays. Complex designs, peak seasons, or approval delays can extend production; we’ll notify you within 24 hrs if dates shift.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Domestic (USA): UPS® Ground, UPS 2-Day Air, USPS Priority, DHL. Real-time rates shown at checkout.
- Canada & International: DHL Express or FedEx International Economy. Duties & taxes are DDP (delivered-duty-paid) and quoted at checkout to avoid surprises.
Eco Option: Carbon-neutral shipping is our default; we purchase certified offsets for every shipment.
Tracking & Delivery
A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves our facility. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier trace.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Lost/never delivered: We’ll reship or refund in full once the carrier confirms loss.
- Visible transit damage: Photograph the packaging and products, then email support@ecopacks.us within 48 hrs of delivery. We’ll rush a reprint at no extra cost.
Weather or customs delays: We’ll liaise with the carrier but can’t guarantee transit-time refunds.
